      Two Ways to Order

      Bulk Order

      You collect sizes and give us the totals, we print the order and then ship straight to you to distribute. The turnaround time is around 3-4 weeks after the art approval and order payment. Pricing is based on the total quantity ordered.

      PreOrder Sale

      We open a pre-order online store for about 2 weeks. Once the sale ends, we tally up the orders and send them to print. Each order will ship directly to the customers about 3-4 weeks after the store closes. You can add a profit to the items to make it a fundraiser if you would like to.

      Frequently Asked Questions

      Can we add the social shirts to our main team store?

      No. The social shirts have different turnaround times and order minimums than the print on demand products in the year-round fundraiser stores. They must be done as a separate preorder sale or a bulk order only. 

      What happens if we do not reach the 10 piece minimum order during our preorder sale?

      If you do not reach 10 pieces in the preorder, the club can purchase the remaining amount, or we can extend the preorder sale to try to push for more orders. 

      Are youth sizes available?

      Youth sizing is available for the Tropical Shirts, Baseball Jerseys, and Basketball Shirts. No youth sizing is available for the Hockey Jerseys. 

      Is there a women's fit option?

      Women's fit is available for the Tropical Shirts, Baseball Jerseys, and Basketball Shirts. No women's fit is available for the Hockey Jerseys. 

      Do we need to provide artwork? Or does Rugbee create the artwork?

      If you have design files, you can provide your own artwork for the shirts. Vector files are best for printing. 

      If you do not have a design, Rugbee can help create a design for you. Just let us know what colors, logos and other design elements you'd like to include in the pattern.
